I want you to be happy with any print that you purchase from me. I take every possible care that the print you receive is of the highest possible quality. However, if the print should turn out to be faulty for any reason, then I will be happy to give you a full refund of purchase and all postage costs. (The same applies if I make a mistake in fulfilling your order, e.g. send you the wrong print.)

Because I use PayPal to process payments, I do not have access to your financial details. I receive only your contact details in order to fulfil your order. Your contact details will be kept secure and then deleted from my records after a period of 31 days. Your details are never passed to any party other than PayPal and myself. I do not keep a mailing list, so you will never receive advertising emails from me. I will only contact you with reference to fulfilling your order or in response to an enquiry from you.
